Designed for urban riding and commuting, the regular fit, trucker-style, Alpinestars X Diesel AS-DSL Kentaro Denim Jacket features an extensive stretch denim outer shell for optimum freedom of movement, range of motion and premium comfort. The Kentaro also includes stretch knit gussets for the perfect blend of flexibility and comfort and a RideKnit® gusset on the back yoke for enhanced freedom of movement and breathability.The Kentaro comes with nylon grosgrain reinforcements on the elbows and forearms for additional strength and durability. The Tech-Air® Ready, Kentaro Jacket is equipped with Nucleon Flex Plus protectors on the shoulders and elbows for superior impact protection and can accommodate the Tech-Air® 5 and Tech-Air® 3 Airbag Systems. From functionality and unique styling perspective, the jacket comes with detachable denim sleeves that make a real statement once removed, emphasizing the jacket’s protective Nucleon Flex armor and turning the Kentaro into a stylish and modern, hi-tech protective garment appealing to the streetwear crowd. The vibrant-colored exposed fleece sleeves in combination with the Nucleon Flex protection give the Kentaro a techy vibe. The eye-catching graphics include the red and yellow Astars logo and wordmark on the left sleeve and blue and yellow Diesel logos and the numerical branding HQ 978 which symbolized Diesel’s Headquarters on the left sleeve, the signatory numerical designs used in Diesel’s own collections. The inner lining is a mélange of bright Red, melting into Orange, Yellow Green and blue with yellow tie-dyed accents and with the lining matching the outside fleece sleeves on each internal side, with Red and yellow on the left side, and with Blue and yellow on the right side.
